We were missing a piece of equipment and right away he was able to identify what it was and work to ensure that it was ordered and on its way to us. He did a terrific shop installing lines and setting up our systems. He even grabbed the vacuum to clean up, making sure he did not leave any messes. Wow, now that's great service!

We occasionally have issues when procedures change and to get used to the new one. They've always been helpful and remedied the issue as quickly as possible.Yesterday our internet and phones were down & they did a work around for the phones & email so we were still in business while the issue was being resolved.
